Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 190 g Greek yoghurt 0% fat
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp flaxseeds
