White Sea Fish with Asparagus Beans and Arugula
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1.3 cup Green beans
- 0.6 cup Corn canned
- 180 g White sea fish
- Fish can be pre-marinated in lemon juice, spices, herbs.
- Heat the oven to 356°F/180°C, put the fish on a baking sheet, bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare boiling water, dip the asparagus beans into boiling water (you can add spices to taste), boil al dente for 5-10 minutes (or steam cook/cook in a slow cooker). Mix cooked beans with corn.
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil, salt, lemon juice to taste while serving, add a bunch of washed arugula to the green beans when serving.
If you have an allergy to fish, try substituting it for any type of meat.
