  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 8 leaves Spinach
  • 180 g Potato
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Mixed herbs
  • 50 g Broccoli
  • 45 g Gouda cheese


  • Scramble eggs, add chopped tomato and spinach (5-8 leaves), add salt, pepper to taste, steam or cook on Teflon without oil (or with minimum oil).
  • Put slices of cheese and chopped raw broccoli on the prepared scramble.
  • Cut potatoes (or sweet potatoes) into slices, cover with herbs and salt, sprinkle with oil (1 tsp. for all the potatoes). Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 360°F/180°C.


If you're allergic to eggs, try tofu scramble (100 g tofu + 25 g mozzarella on top, fry with 1 tbsp oil). If you have allergy to dairy products, substitute hard cheese for dairy-free or aged cheese
