    Instructions
    1. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
    2. Add onion and cook 3 minutes.
    3. Add carrots and cook until softened about 15 minutes.
    4. Add a little vegetable soup if necessary.
    5. Add a minced garlic and grated ginger.
    6. Add the orange juice, turmeric, vegetable broth, salt and freshly ground pepper and puree until creamy.
    7. Add a water if you need.
    8. Serve warm and enjoy!
