Yogurt with Fruits
- 200 g Banana
- 0.3 whole Peach
- 25 g Pecan nut
- 0.25 whole Grapefruit
- 2 cup Yogurt 2.5% sugar-free
- Add fruit pieces in the yogurt and enjoy!
It is recommended to divide snacks into 2 meals for the reason of the big amount of food. If you are allergic to dairy products, try plant-based yogurts. If you're allergic to nuts, replace them with sesame or chia seeds.
