Potato pie with sour cream called “Kljukusa” is an old traditional Bosnian-Herzegovinian dish that is prepared in a quick and easy way.

Originally, this pie was made only from potatoes, flour, spices and oil, but like any recipe, it has experienced its modern variations.

Our pie “kljukusa” is one of those modern variations with sour cream and milk and kefir, and it is topped with a delicious garlic topping, which gives it a special juiciness and a special taste at the end.
