Pour yoghurt or a yoghurt starter (according to the starter use instructions) in a separate bowl. Slowly add milk. Put the mixture in the jars, close the lids. Place the jars inside of the yoghurt maker. Cook for 8 hours. Pour 1 jar of the yoghurt into a blender bowl, add diced banana, canned fruits, berries and juice. Blend to smoothie.
