    Is Caesar salad Keto? Well, when you leave out one ingredient it most certainly is.

    Try crunchy and crispy Mozzarella and Gouda cheese instead of croutons or toasted bread and you’ll have perfect Keto Caesar salad.

    This salad is a classic, and it can be served even if you’re not on a Keto diet because it’s delicious and really similar to standard Caesar salad recipe.

    Instructions
    1. Cook seasoned chicken for about 10 minutes in a hot pan.
    2. Set aside.
    3. Mix Mozzarella and Gouda. In a baking dish with paper, make little "nests" out of cheese.
    4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is crispy and golden. Leave to cool.
    5. Assemble the salad. First put Iceberg salad, then bite size pieces of chicken and finally the tomatoes.
    6. Mix dressing ingredients. Mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
    7. Dress the salad and serve with crispy cheese.
    8. ENJOY!
