Double Cheeseburger With Homemade Big Mac Sauce

Big Mac is probably the most popular burger of all time thanks to the giant franchise who created it and its own deliciousness.

Introduced in the late 60′, it easily became one of the favorite fast food nationwide, and later it conquered the rest of the world.

Double Cheeseburger With Homemade Big Mac Sauce

Ingredients

Big Mac Sauce

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 pickles finely chopped
  • 1/2 small yellow onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Burger patty

  • 480 g ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • pickles, onion, lettuce for serving

Instructions

Big Mac Sauce

  • Mix Mayonnaise, chopped pickles,chopped onion, paprika , garlic and onion powder. Add the mixed vinegar and sugar. Set aside.

Cheeseburger

  • Divide ground beef into 4 part.
  • Shape 4 balls of ground beef, add salt and pepper and with your hands and form the burger patties
  • Put the oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  • Assemble the cheeseburgers the classic way and enjoy!
