  • 1.3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 whole tomato
  • 0.5 whole avocado
  • 0.5 whole Peach
  • 4 tbsp Greens
  • 0.25 whole Grapefruit
  • 100 g Pita
  • 0.6 cup Red beans canned


  • Cut greens, crush the beans and avocado with a fork into a homogeneous mass, add salt, pepper
  • Smear the mass on the pita bread, put tomato slices on.
  • Roll up
  • For fruit assortment: slice fruits, cover them with seeds or tahini
