Pita with Greens, Avocado, Red Beans in Pita Bread
- 1.3 tbsp tahini
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 whole tomato
- 0.5 whole avocado
- 0.5 whole Peach
- 4 tbsp Greens
- 0.25 whole Grapefruit
- 100 g Pita
- 0.6 cup Red beans canned
- Cut greens, crush the beans and avocado with a fork into a homogeneous mass, add salt, pepper
- Smear the mass on the pita bread, put tomato slices on.
- Roll up
- For fruit assortment: slice fruits, cover them with seeds or tahini
If you are allergic to gluten, substitute pita bread for gluten-free whole grain tortillas made from sorghum, corn, buckwheat, quinoa, brown rice.
