Chocolate mint smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Stevia liquid sweetener a few drops


  • Blend up your liquid and leaves first to make sure that the leaves are well processed. If need be, chop them up before you put them into the blender so that you don’t have thick chunks in your smoothie.
  • Then add everything else and mix until smooth.
  • Place a mint leaf on top and add a sprinkle of chocolate chips for flavor.
