Prijesnac is one of the easiest dishes of Trebinje's Herzegovina cuisine (BiH). It is very tasty and cooks quickly, which is why it is often served for dinner.

Ingredients
4tbspflour
1tbspolive oil
1/4cupsparkling mineral water
1/4cupmilk
3eggs
12ozcottage cheese
1/2cupsour cream
saltto taste, depends of the cheese saltiness
2tspbaking soda
Instructions
Preheat the oven on 300°F.
Prepare all ingredients.
In large bowl whisk the eggs and add crushed cottage cheese.
Take another bowl and mix sparkling water, oil, sour cream, flour and baking soda.
Combine both mixtures and whisk.
Oil the baking tray and distribute the mass equally.
After 30 minutes, take the pie out of the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes and cut in pieces

You can use baking sheet instead of just oiling the baking tray, maybe it;s not the original recipe, but it's way easier to clean, and taste is practically the same!Serve warm!
