Keto Caesar Salad With Crispy Cheese

Ingredients

chicken breasts
skinless, boneless

Iceberg salad
1
tomato

cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper

Dressing
1
cup
mayonnaise
2
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
3
tsp
lemon juice
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper
to taste
Crispy cheese
1/2
lbs
mozzarella cheese
1/2
lbs
Gouda cheese
Instructions
Cook seasoned chicken for about 10 minutes in a hot pan.
Set aside.
Mix Mozzarella and Gouda. In a baking dish with paper, make little "nests" out of cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is crispy and golden. Leave to cool.
Assemble the salad. First put Iceberg salad, then bite size pieces of chicken and finally the tomatoes.
Mix dressing ingredients. Mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Dress the salad and serve with crispy cheese.
