frozen

frozen (carrot, broccoli and cauliflower)

pumpkin seeds

salt and pepper
to taste
dry vegetable seasoning
to taste
Instructions
Cook the green peas, and drain. Set aside.
Melt butter in a pot, than add onion and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Add water gradually.
When onion is soft, add frozen vegetable mix and season with salt, pepper and vegetable seasoning. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add chicken stock and let it simmer.
While you're waiting for vegetables to get cooked. Mash green peas and add heavy cream gradually with liquidizer/blender.
Add peanuts and then pumpkin seeds.
Bring to boil and serve warm.
