Ingredients

green chilli pepper
chopped
1
red onion
1/2 chopped, 1/2 sliced

cherry tomatoes

lime
juice

red pepper

yellow pepper

grated

ground beef

cumin
salt nad pepper
to taste
olive oil

grated cheese
for serving

sour cream
for serving
Instructions
Mix chopped onion, half chopped chilli pepper and cherry tomatoes.
Season the mixture with lime juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the ground beef.
Fry until they get a nice dark brown color.
Remove from pan and leave in a warm place.
Add the oil in the same pan.
Fry onion slice and all peppers about
5 minutes
.
Add pumpkin and fry for
5 minutes
.
Return the ground beef to the pan.
Add cumin, salt and pepper. Fry for
3 minutes
.
Sprinkle everything with grated cheese at the end of frying.
Serve warm topped with a mix of onion and tomato and sour cream and enjoy!
