Roughly chop onion, garlic and herbs and set aside
Put soaked chickpeas in the food processor (if you use dry chickpeas be sure that you soak them overnight so they can absorb the right amount of water)
Add spices and fresh herbs in food processor
Add onion and garlic
Add oil for consistency (be sure all ingredients are well mixed, repeat the process if needed)
Form inch size balls from the grounded mass
Put falafels in air fyer on 355F (180C) for 15 minutes
For tahini sauce, mix all ingredients together in food processor (it is up to you, but tahini sauce for falafel is less dence, so add more water if you want)
