Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 F and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks.
  3. Place the whites in a mixing bowl, add the tartar cream and mix until the whites turn into a firm foam.
  4. Move to separate bowl.
  5. Mix the cream cheese, egg yolks , italian seasoning, salt and garlic powder.
  6. Gently mix the white’s foam and yolk mixture.
  7. Spoon the mixture onto the pizza pan and spread into an circle.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Take out the crust. Spread tomatoes over the top of the crust and add the some slice of mozzarella on the top.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped spinach.
  11. Tear the sliced prosciutto into a pieces and arrange them on the pizza.
  12. Finally top with sliced mozzarela and sprinkle with dried basil.
  13. Bake about 10 minutes.
  14. Enjoy!
